HALLOWEEN 2015

This year, Matt, our language assistant, has told us about Halloween traditions in the States.
From Primary to ESO, students learned about the Celtic origin of this festival and how it was brought over to America by immigrants.
They were also told about things people do when celebrating Halloween such as carving pumpkins, trick or treating, watching horror films or going on hayrides.
Haunted hayrides

At the end of the presentation students watched a couple of videos, In one of them you could see what happens when somebody wants to explore a haunted house. The other one showed different reactions of kids after finding out their parents have eaten all their candy.
Thanks Matt for sharing this with us.
Happy Halloween!
